I founded Lilly’s Cleaning Service, Inc. in 1992 based on the principles of integrity, compassion and excellence. In the beginning, as a single-handed operation, I personally cleaned three houses a day. Lilly’s continued to grow based on referrals and advertising and by 1997 we were cleaning 125 homes weekly.  After 5 years of operating out of my home, in 1997 the company’s operations moved to our current office location in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

Today, Lilly’s serves hundreds of homes and businesses every month in Montgomery County, Maryland, and is one of the largest non-franchised cleaning companies in the area. Lilly’s employees are full time associates and receive great benefits, including medical insurance and profit-sharing. Lilly’s high employee and client retention has been a key for our success. We are completely committed to the continuous improvement of our operations.

An Eco -friendly company, Lilly’s is also a member of a Cleaning for a Reason, a foundation providing philanthropic cleaning support to women undergoing cancer treatment.

Lilly’s and its commercial division, LCS Commercial are certified as a Minority Owned Business through the State of Maryland’s MDOT program as well as through the Maryland/DC Minority Supplier Development Council.

I am an entrepreneur by heart, who passionately loves and enjoys the process of creation. It was very hard but rewarding to build this small business literally with my own hands. I am a stronger person now and am so grateful that I built it!
