We have been successfully servicing clients since 1992, so we know how important it is to have a clean and safe working environment as well as a clean and neat presentation for the internal and external clients that walk daily into your office. After all, you spend at least one third of your life at your working place!
We want to offer to you and to your employees and clients the consistency and quality that go beyond what the building management or an individual could provide for you: a more detailed cleaning job that comes from our specialized cleaning plan, our motivated employees and our continuous quality improvement program.

Here is the routine plan that we could customize to your needs:
ROUTINE PLAN
The Routine Plan Lilly’s proposes to perform will be as follows:
- General dusting around papers, equipment and boxes on the desks and tables. Dust chairs and file cabinets including accessible areas under desks and tables, like table legs, etc. Please let us know if you want us to dry dust your computer equipment.
- Vacuuming all carpets and around heavy furniture or equipment.
- Dry mop/vacuum all uncarpeted floors (damp mopping as directed).
- Collecting and removing all trash around the Office and replace liners.
- Kitchen: clean and disinfect counter top, sink, stove, microwave in and out, refrigerator in and out (without removing food). Clean front of the cabinets. Freezer and oven: price quoted upon request. Floor vacuumed and mopped.
- Bathrooms: Clean mirrors and front of cabinets; clean and disinfect sinks, toilets and floor.
- During the month the following tasks will be rotated to assure you a comprehensive quality cleaning:
- Clean cobwebs.
- Dust baseboards.
- Edges and corners vacuumed.
- Dust the window sills.
- Dust the mini blinds.
- Dust vents.
- Clean finger prints on doors
Supplies
Lilly’s will provide all equipment and cleaning supplies required to assure a high quality cleaning service for your Company. Most of our products are environmentally safe. We care about our cleaning technicians’ health, your employees, and about our Mother Earth.
The customer will provide all consumable products inclusive of but not limited to: toilet tissue, towels, trash liners and hand soap. If desired, Lilly’s Cleaning Service, Inc can provide these products and invoice them separately
OTHER SERVICES (Prices quoted upon request)
- Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning.
- Waxable hard surface floors can be stripped and refinished or scrubbed and re-waxed.
SERVICE SCHEDULE
The Cleaning Service will be performed according to your needs, the day(s) and hours both parties agree. Lilly’s will observe holidays observed by the customer and also reserve the right to observe major holidays.
COMPENSATION AND INVOICING
All invoicing will be itemized according to monthly work or for special tasks. We will invoice you monthly unless other arrangements are made. Payment is due on receipt of invoice.Please review our General Policies, so please Click Here.
