1. Lilly's is a quality Cleaning Service that is fully insured and bonded.
2. We pay all payroll taxes and have worker's compensation insurance.
3. Equipment and supplies are provided. Our Maids wear uniforms to identify themselves.
4. We require full payment upon completion of our service; outstanding balances must be paid prior to the next house cleaning. Returned checks are charged $30 for re-processing.
5. We normally work in teams of 2 or 3 professionally trained cleaning specialists, which include a team leader to monitor quality control.
6. Our Maids do not smoke or eat in your house.
7. Lilly's guarantees consistent quality cleaning services, through our detailed cleaning, hard-working and trustworthy employees as well as our employee incentives.
8. We strive to meet your expectations for quality cleaning services. We inspect our work before leaving your house; please do the same at your earliest convenience and let us know if there is anything that is not to your satisfaction. Rework requests that are received by our office within 24 hours of the cleaning will be corrected the next day; requests received by our office after that will be incorporated into your next house cleaning. Refunds are not offered; We will make the work right.
9. We understand that when a client takes a vacation, they may not need us to clean while they are away and may call to skip a cleaning service. However, if a scheduled cleaning is skipped by the client while the house is occupied, or if there is construction work going on, the next cleaning will be at the next higher rate since it will require more work.
10. For safety reasons our employees won't take their shoes off or get on high ladders to clean. Thanks for understanding.
