I want you to know how much I appreciate the extra effort your crew expended at my home on January 19, 2018. In addition to their regular excellent job in our home, without being asked, they took the initiative and decided to clean up the tree leaves that were on my porch and carport. They did an excellent job, showing that they took that task seriously. When I returned home, I was very pleased to see how much better the front of our house looked.
It was such a pleasure speaking with you this Morning Ms. Boyle. I have made proper notes to your account for the future. As I mentioned to you, our goal is to deliver a constant high quality service in every visit every time.

I called your cleaning service on Tuesday, February 6 to report that the heating system in my house was not working and because of that I needed to cancel my regular scheduled cleaning day on Wednesday, February 7. I asked your associate if my cleaning day could be rescheduled later that week. She was very polite and said she would do her best to accommodate me and that she would call me back as soon as she could.
On Wednesday, February 7, my heating system was fully repaired. On Thursday, February 8 I got a call from your service to say that my house cleaning had been rescheduled for Friday, February 9. This flexibility on the part of your staff and company demonstrates why I have stayed a happy customer for over 15 years. Your commitment to customer service is beyond compare.
