Liliana Loether

I am an entrepreneur by heart, who passionately loves and enjoys the process of creation. I founded Lilly’s Cleaning Service, Inc. in 1992 based on the principles of integrity, compassion, excellence, and gratitude and these principles continue to be our guidance and support. In the beginning, as a single-person operation, I completed cleaning services in Montgomery County by cleaning three houses seven days a week, offered estimates, delivered flyers, and completed all the paperwork in the evenings until I could afford to hire Lilly’s first employee.

Lilly’s continued to grow based on referrals and advertising, and we were fortunate enough to move out of my house to our present location in Gaithersburg, MD. As of today, Lilly’s provides countywide cleaning services in Chevy Chase and surrounding areas and offers peace of mind to hundreds of very satisfied clients. OUR OFFICE STAFF

Equally important to the service we provide to you is our office staff.
They strive to keep our cleaning schedule as promised, no matter if the cleaning technicians are sick or have a child or a parent that needs attention at home, or are taking a well-deserved vacation.

When a cleaning technician leaves our company, the office staff already have trained employee substitutes, people that we trust since most have been referred by existing employees, which gives us peace of mind.

When clients change their cleaning appointment, the office staff often needs to reorganize, from top to bottom, the whole day’s schedule, which implies hours of work. They do it with dedication because our clients’ needs are always extremely important to us, no matter how much work it takes to accomplish the task at hand.
