TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gift certificates may be purchased for residential cleaning only in any denomination, are non-refundable, have no cash value and must be used in its entirety within 12 months of purchase. Gift certificates may not be combined with coupons or any other promotional offers.

The face value of your Gift Certificate will be applied to the total invoice.

At the time of booking to redeem the gift card, we’ll ask you to sign our Customer Service Agreement so that we have a good understanding of your expectations and you get to know more about us.

Prior to your appointment, please advise our office staff if you wish to avoid incurring costs beyond the face value of the gift certificate, and we will cap your cleaning. Alternatively, you may elect to have us spend extra time in your home – beyond the value of the certificate. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any amount beyond the value of the certificate.

Booking will be based on availability.

Please inform our office if you intend to pay with a gift certificate when making the appointment for cleaning. Please be sure to store your Gift Certificate in a safe and secure location, as it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Our standard cleaning crew includes three cleaning technicians at $37  per person, per hour of cleaning. That’s a Great Value for Detailed Home Cleaning.
