• For the safety of our employees, we are able to use only the ladders provided by Lilly’s
• Dishes and laundry are among the few tasks that are not included in our routine cleaning specification list
• Fireplace (inside) cleaning and handling of artificial or natural plants can create risk for employees with allergies. We ask that they not handle these items
• Moving of electronics and their associated cables/wires can cause serious damage if not handled correctly. For this reason, we don’t permit our employees to clean them
• Changing the bedding on upper bunk beds can pose a danger for our employees so we ask that they do not attempt this task
• Because we care about their safety we ask our employees not to move anything heavy
• Windows sills inside the windows and washing the baseboards are done by the hour only and will only be cleaned when requested ahead by the client
• To protect the paint on your walls, we do not wash walls
